High school sweethearts, coaches, and the two people who are on every Evolve Escape in person.
In 2025 we left the traditional path behind. We got married in Ibiza, honeymooned in Bali and now live in Spain with our dog. A shared love of fitness turned into Evolve Escapes: a place to train, reset, recharge and reconnect.
What to expect? Epic workouts. Incredible food. Good vibes and even better company.
Solo or with your crew, you’ll leave stronger in body, mindset and sense of self.

We plan the week, we pick the gyms, and we sit at the dinner table with you. When you book with Evolve, you get us, all week, every time.
We have taken groups to the US, the UAE, Australia, New Zealand and across Europe. Our ambition is bigger: exceptional people deserve exceptional experiences, and we want Evolve to be the name athletes trust to travel with.
